Pinehurst was one of the first properties we acquired in Georgia. Following the mortgage REIT meltdown of the 70’s, the developer ran into financial difficulties and let the property fall into foreclosure prior to completion. We completed the development and have owned and operated the property since 1978. Located close to attractions like downtown Marietta and the Battery, Pinehurst offers quality workforce housing in a community residents love. This is borne out by its online reviews and average resident tenure of over 3 years.
In recent years, we have continued to enhance the community and have undergone a massive interior and exterior renovation program, including roof replacements, painting the canopies and doors, and replacing the playground equipment.
